At Pinehurst Council, we offer a generous annual leave allowance of 28 days per year, plus 8 days of public holidays. This increases to 33 days plus public holidays after 5 years of service. Employees also have the option to use our additional holiday purchase scheme. This is complemented by a 36-hour working week.
